With Get the Dress, Mercia brings her expert fashion advice and personalized service directly to you, ensuring you find the perfect dress for any occasion.
Step 1:
Complete the online questionnaire
Start by completing our comprehensive online questionnaire. This helps guide Mercia in understanding your preferences, style, and what you are looking for in a dress. You also have the option to upload photos of yourself, styles you have in mind, or dresses you like. Uploading a photos or video of yourself and your ideas helps Mercia better understand your style and preferences. This allows her to identify what works best for you, ensuring a personalized and perfect dress experience. Step 2:
Review and Recommendations
After completing your questionnaire or after your video consultation (depending on which option you chose), Mercia will carefully review your answers and any photos you provided. She will then use her extensive knowledge in the fashion industry combined with your preferences to curate a selection of dress options that align with your style. Mercia will send you a few photos of these selected dresses, showcasing what she believes will look perfect on you.
Step 3:
Selection and Order Confirmation
Once you have chosen the dress you like from the provided options, Mercia will send you an order form to complete. This form includes Customer & Dress Details and any specific requests. After you confirm your order, Mercia will arrange a fitting date with you.

Step 4:
Fittings and Alterations
During your fitting session, you will try on the dress to ensure it fits perfectly. After the initial fitting, an alteration form will be completed to document any adjustments needed. You are entitled to up to three fittings at no extra cost, with two alterations included. Any further alterations or changes to the original design will incur extra costs.

*If you are not available for a fitting session, Mercia will send the dress directly to you. In this case, you will be responsible for arranging any necessary alterations with a local tailor.
Step 5:
Final Fitting and Delivery
Once you are happy with the final fitting, the dress will be prepared for collection or delivery to your specified address.
